What if Disney did a movie, that was animated like it was a moving Impressionist painting? I did this in an attempt to conjure up some imagery!

That was going to be Rapunzel/Tangled, we had working test footage that looked amazing, but John Lassiter disapproved, removed the director, and made it traditional CG.
I do like the way it turned out, but would have liked to see the moving impressionist painting.
